To change the font in a document or text editor, follow these general steps:

  1. Open your document in the text editor or software you are using (such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or similar).

  2. Select the text you want to change the font for. You can click and drag your mouse over the text to highlight it.

  3. Locate the font menu. This is usually found in the toolbar at the top of the screen. It may show the current font name (e.g., Arial, Times New Roman).

  4. Click on the font menu to open a dropdown list of available fonts.

  5. Browse and select a font that you prefer. You can scroll through the list or start typing the name of the font if you know it.

  6. Apply the font change by clicking on it. The selected text will immediately change to the new font.

  7. Save your changes to ensure the new font is preserved in your document.

Make sure the new font is appropriate for the document’s purpose, and be mindful of readability and visual appeal.International Paper
